Questions

Managed Services FAQ

What's the difference between the Essential, Growth, and Enterprise plans?+
Essential covers a single site that needs to stay patched, backed up, and online. Growth adds performance optimization and 24/7 monitoring with under-15-minute critical response, built for a live business site that can't afford downtime. Enterprise is for multi-site portfolios or compliance-sensitive infrastructure, with dedicated resources and a custom SLA.
Can you take over a site you didn't build?+
Yes. We run a short technical audit first, then onboard the site onto the appropriate managed plan — this is a common starting point for clients whose previous agency disappeared after launch.
What counts as a critical issue for response-time SLAs?+
Site down, checkout/booking broken, or a security incident. Non-critical requests (content changes, minor bugs) are handled within standard business-day turnaround per plan.
Do you offer month-to-month, or only annual contracts?+
Plans are month-to-month by default. Annual commitments are available at a discount for Growth and Enterprise.
